About the Property

One of the ten oldest buildings in town, the historic Neill-Cochran House is a flexible indoor and indoor/outdoor antebellum venue for small to mid-size events of all kinds. We provide an A/V/wifi-equipped venue and can accommodate most third-party vendors for catering, additional furnishings, and tents. Indoor capacities range from 50 for dinner to 100 standing. Outdoor capacity is 200 on 20,000 sq. ft. of grounds, including on-site parking for 40 vehicles.
