Beyond the Boardroom

To take events offsite and into the weird, wild heart of Austin, look no further than these enthralling venues.

Austin City Limits Live and 3TEN

The beloved PBS show known as Austin City Limits has been bringing acclaimed musicians into living rooms across America since 1974. Visitors can now revel in the venue’s historic significance in person.
Anchoring the bustling 2nd Street District downtown, the ACL Live stage is tucked inside the 2,750-capacity Moody Theater, often utilized for private events with top-notch sound and staging.
3TEN ACL Live, a more intimate venue encompassing 2,700 square feet of high-tech event space and featuring a spacious outdoor patio, opened in 2016 and stands adjacent to Moody. Both venues share a block with the W Austin Hotel and Residences and lie steps from one of the city’s largest hotels, the JW Marriott.

Brazos Hall
With a chic downtown address and the ability to house an indoor/outdoor crowd of 1,300, Brazos Hall stands proudly at the corner of Brazos and Fourth streets — a few blocks from the State Capitol building to the north, the Austin Convention Center and Lady Bird Lake to the south, and the sizzling Red River cultural district just three streets east.

The early 20th-century warehouse features a warm industrial aesthetic, with exposed brick, wood rafters and longleaf pine floors. Topped off with a staggering 3,500-square-foot deck, the hall lends a heightened sense of drama to events thanks to the nostalgic coolness of its architecture and the grandeur of its wide open spaces.

Circuit of The Americas™

For those who crave racetrack excitement, Circuit of The Americas™ has just the ticket. Home to the annual United States Grand Prix Formula One race and a host of year-round concerts and special events ranging from Taylor Swift to Cirque du Soleil, the racetrack and Austin360 Amphitheater — the largest permanent outdoor amphitheater in the entire state of Texas — holds the largest crowds ever assembled in Austin.
Conversely, it’s also a perfect excursion for a select group of VIPs interested in a behind-the-scenes tour of one of the most adrenaline-pumping experiences in all the land.

Intimate Venues
When an occasion calls for a small, unique venue fit for a special gathering of VIPs, Austin’s got plenty of buzz-worthy hiding places. There’s the luxe Italian grandeur of Palazzo Lavaca, the hipster cool of Vuka, the quirky charm of Mercury Hall and the historic allure of the French Legation Museum, to name a few.
For mid-sized events featuring live performances and awards ceremonies with high production value, formal venues like Bass Concert Hall and the Long Center for the Performing Arts (not to mention its lawn, popular for its summer symphony events) are all great choices for keeping guests entertained.
